Baby Boy!

I love the Zoology set! It's so perfect for kids and babies!

The tickets coordinate with Art Philosophy.

Chalk It Up!

I saw this and had to try it! I love the chalkboard look! It's a combination of white embossing, white pigment ink, and white colored pencil. Betsy has an awesome tutorial on her blog.

The sentiments are MFT and Verve. The papers are Aspen Frost. The little jewels I colored with copics. The holly is a MFT die.

Mojo Monday 270

This sketch was perfect for the sentiments from Verve's Peace on Earth. I love this set!

The flowers are from Artiste (cut at 2" 1.5" and 1").

I used cocoa ink and the papers are from MME Santa Claus.

12 Days of Christmas! Damask Divas Blog Hop: Pear and Partridge

It's the 1st! Time for another Damask Divas Blog Hop!
If you're coming from Tiffany's blog you're in the right place!

I used the fabulous Pear and Partridge papers to make some paper beads! I cut triangles from 6" by 3/4"  strips and used clear mod podge to wrap them around clear straws. When they dried I just cut off the ends and viola! I can't wait to make more of these! So much fun!

For the bracelet I used a clear stretchy cord, clear plastic beads, metal beads and spacers, and a cute little charm and loop. To tie it off I knotted the cord 4 times and put a little liquid glass on it. I pulled it through one of the clear plastic beads while it was still wet and let it dry so the knot is hidden in the center of the bead. I strung the extra cord through the adjacent beads and snipped any excess.

To package it, I cut a small gable box out of kraft and wrapped more Pear and Partridge around it. The tag is only strung through one of the handles so it can be opened without messing with it. I love all the cute boxes and 3D items found in artiste! Perfect for Holiday packaging!

The tag is Olive and Kraft card stock, Olive and Cocoa ink, and some silver bells and hemp cord! The "homemade" sentiment is from Crafted With Love, the "a gift for you" is from Enjoy! and the "to" and "from" are from the October SOTM A Very Merry Christmas.

Now head on over to Sandra's blog for even more awesome inspiration with Pear and Partridge!
The entire line up can be found at the Damask Diva's blog

Tags! Tags! Tags! A Christmas Tag Blog Hop!

An entire hop just for Christmas tags! One of my favorite things to make! I wish I could have made a bunch more (I know I will in the next month) but it's finals time so my little craft area will be covered with books for the next two weeks!

If you're coming from Stephanie's blog you're in the right place!

This tag was so fun a simple to make! I wrapped some pieces of washi tape around the base. Those cute little Christmas icons along the bottom are from Countdown along with the sentiment. The "to" and "from" and from the October SOTM A Very Merry Christmas. I used Cranberry, Pear, and Lagoon inks.

For this tag I used that wonderful burlap ribbon! The image/sentiment/word art is from Verve's new set Peace on Earth. I stamped it in Chocolate. The banner and star were both fussy cut. I distressed all the edges and used a tiny attacher for those cute little staples. I added jingle bells (mismatched- thought I would try it to tie together the staples and the star but I'm undecided as to whether I like it) and hemp cord which I'm totally addicted to and have been putting on everything lately!

This simple little tag goes with a gift that I made for the Damask Divas Blog Hop December 1st! This is just a little preview. You might be able to figure out the type of box it's attached to from the shadow... (Hint: It's from Artiste of course!) The tag is Olive and Kraft card stock, Olive and Cocoa ink, and some silver bells and hemp cord! The "homemade" sentiment is from Crafted With Love, the "A gift for you" is from Enjoy! and the "to" and "from" are the same ones used on the first tag.

Now off to Latisha's blog for more tag inspiration!

The complete line up is

Wise Men Still Seek Him

I love this set from CTMH! I actually bought it back in June and have been waiting to use it.

I kept the card fairly simple in case I wanted to make more. Everything is in chocolate. I embossed the chocolate card stock with a flourish pattern, distressed edges (no ink, just edge distresser), and added a sparkle to the North Star and a ribbon around the base.

COPICS! Love Them!

This is my first card with an image colored with copics! (All I've done up to this point is a single shade on a small area.) This is definitely the start of a new addiction. I used MFT's Pure Innocence Christmas Caroler. The papers (digital download) are from Peppermint Creative.

CAS-ual Fridays Meets Retro Sketches

I thought this sketch was perfect for ripping. Once I decided on using the little gingerbread family from Lawn Fawn I ditched the patterned paper and went for the foil. It was a fun card to make and pretty simple too once I figured out what I was doing.

Another Mojo!

I had to do another with a wreath! The sketch was too perfect!

Joyous Season with MFT

I love these ornaments! I cut them from patterned paper and then covered them with liquid glass and chunky glitter. It's such a pretty effect. I don't think the pictures do a good job of showing it. The sentiment and ornaments are MFT. The paper is digital from peppermint creative.

Mojo Monday 266: Warm Winter Wishes

Mojo Monday time! I had to use the mittens again! The sweater pattern circle stamp was the perfect size.

Wonderful Mittens

I love these little mittens! They're from the Wplus9 stamp set Winter Wishes. I just had to have them with the adorable Nordic sweater pattern. The sentiment is from MFT's current triple scoop (which I'm also in love with).

I used cocoa, vineyard berry, and champagne inks. I fussy cut the mittens and inked the edges of everything except the card base. I didn't use my cricut or big shot for anything on this card! Crazy right?
